Job Title: National Sales Manager, Specialty Business

Job Summary:

The National Sales Manager will lead a team of Key Account Managers to drive sales results and develop long-term relationships with assigned accounts and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales and performance objectives
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, market access, and training teams
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines and ensure team adherence
  • Review data reports to identify trends and opportunities
  • Coach teams towards success and provide counseling and oversight
  • Manage assigned accounts and HCP within a defined territory

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in specialty sales management
  • Pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience in oncology an asset
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to inform strategy
  • Bachelor's Degree required

Working Conditions:

  • Extensive travel, including weekends and extended travel when required
  • Possess a valid driver's license
