National Sales Director, Specialty Business

As a key member of the Canadian Commercial Team, the National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales results through the leadership, coaching, and development of a team of Key Account Managers. The NSM will be accountable for managing sales performance, business analysis, and budgets, while effectively planning and completing all business activities via aligned objectives and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed all sales and performance objectives
- Provide formal and informal field coaching feedback to employees through consistent, well-documented activity
- Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, other Taro sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines, operate with integrity, and ensure the sales team adheres to these policies
- Review monthly data reports to identify trends and make plans to address opportunities and concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a specialty sales management role
- Pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience in oncology an asset
- Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills with the established ability to effectively work with diverse audiences and influence cross-functionally
- Strong analytical skills with the proven ability to effectively analyze data to determine trends and inform strategy
Working Conditions:
- Extensive travel including weekends and extended travel when required
- Possess a valid driver's license
