Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Specialty Business team in Canada. As a key member of our Canadian Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving sales results through the leadership, coaching, and development of a team of Key Account Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and healthcare professionals
  • Manage sales performance, business analysis, and budgets
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
  • Model and hold team members accountable for consistent teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively analyze data to inform sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's Degree required
