We are seeking a highly experienced National Sales Manager to lead our Specialty Business team in Canada. As a key member of our Canadian Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving sales results through the leadership, coaching, and development of a team of Key Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve sales objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and healthcare professionals
- Manage sales performance, business analysis, and budgets
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
- Model and hold team members accountable for consistent teamwork and collaboration
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively analyze data to inform sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work with diverse audiences
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Extensive travel, including weekends and extended travel when required
- Valid driver's license
