National Sales Manager, Specialty Business Leader

As a key member of the Canadian Commercial Team, the National Sales Manager will drive sales results through leadership, coaching, and development of a team of Key Account Managers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with assigned accounts and healthcare professionals, managing sales performance, business analysis, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales and performance objectives
- Provide formal and informal field coaching feedback to employees
- Demonstrate a collaborative sales approach and coordinate efforts between sales leadership, market access, sales operations, and training
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines and ensure the sales team adheres to these policies
- Review monthly data reports to identify trends and make plans to address opportunities and concerns
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a specialty sales management role
- Pharmaceutical marketing and sales experience in oncology an asset
- Outstanding customer relationship, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to effectively analyze data to determine trends and inform strategy
Working Conditions:
- Extensive travel including weekends and extended travel when required
- Possess a valid driver's license
