About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Security Compass. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary support to customers with a deep understanding of security applications and cloud technologies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and troubleshoot tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 level issues, ensuring timely resolution and meeting SLAs.
  • Collaborate with customers to set up and coordinate troubleshooting calls, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of security applications, cloud technologies, and container frameworks.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Linux system administration and Linux command line.
  • 3+ years of working experience with container frameworks such as Docker & Kubernetes and cloud paradigm (AWS or Azure or Google or Private).
  • Strong understanding of complex software and scripts, as well as Docker, Django, REST API, and JSON.
  • Excellent scripting skills in Bash/Shell, Python, and/or Ruby.
  • Basic understanding of IT environment and IT security principles.
