Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator II to join their team on a contract basis. As a Payroll Administrator II, you will be responsible for supporting full-cycle payroll for multiple entities, processing pay adjustments, compensations, and terminations, and submitting and editing ROEs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting full-cycle payroll for multiple entities
  • Processing pay adjustments, compensations, and terminations
  • Submitting and editing ROEs
  • Responding to internal and external inquiries
  • Adhering to regulatory standards and requirements
  • Filing and organizing
  • Ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as Payroll Administrator or similar role
  • PCP Certification preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with a high volume of tasks
  • Excellent ability to analyze and trouble-shoot
  • Available to start immediately
