As a Senior Strategic Analyst, you will be part of a team that prioritizes excellence and initiative, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and is committed to achieving results. Your contributions will have a significant and immediate impact on strategic decisions that influence the growth trajectory of Themis Solutions Inc. You will collaborate with leadership across Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to refine our go-to-market strategy, reporting, and operational excellence across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor, supporting leadership on critical initiatives while delivering data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Oversee analytics and reporting for multiple teams, partnering with stakeholders across the organization.
- Identify reporting needs, define system and process requirements, develop and implement reports, and coordinate execution with relevant teams.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of complex data sets to extract actionable insights, employing statistical techniques and data visualization to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Prepare data and presentations for business reviews and executive meetings, leading discussions on forecasts and strategic initiatives.
- Engage in organizational planning processes, including go-to-market and territory planning.
- Synthesize data and insights to create compelling presentations that support fact-based recommendations, effectively communicating findings to diverse audiences.
- Deliver strategic analysis and insights to senior leadership, contributing to informed decision-making.
