Senior Data Analyst, Product Digital Restaurant Experience

As a Senior Data Analyst, Product Digital Restaurant Experience, you'll play a crucial role in analyzing data throughout the entire customer journey, from ordering to post-order care support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extract patterns from post-order care datasets and identify trends to inform product strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and generate valuable insights and trends to improve the customer experience.
  • Translate complex data findings into clear and actionable recommendations to guide strategic decisions, improve conversion rates, and reduce ordering frictions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to inform product strategy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience with guiding improvements through reasoning and analysis.
  • Experience working cross-functionally supporting digital products teams and an understanding of key metrics.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming skills, working with large datasets, along with SQL expertise.
  • Proficiency in various data query and data visualization tools such as Snowflake, Splunk, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills coupled with solid listening and presentation skills.
