Job Summary

Thunder Rode Ent. Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our dining staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
    • Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and dishes.
    • Dispose of trash and recyclables in a responsible manner.
  • Inventory and Stocking
    • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed.
    • Count and reconcile inventory at the end of each shift.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other team members to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with frequent standing and walking.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
