Position Overview

The Housekeeping Operations Manager at Moosomin Country Squire Inn is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational procedures for the housekeeping team.
  • Procure necessary equipment and supplies for efficient operations.
  • Coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and staff.
  • Conduct inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping personnel.
Work Environment
  • Transportation: Public transportation is accessible.
  • Physical Requirements: Must have attention to detail and the ability to stand for extended periods, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
