Job Title: Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Moosomin Country Squire Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for guests
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to meet the needs of the housekeeping department
  • Co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage and efficient service delivery
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of organization
