Job Title: Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Moosomin Country Squire Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Select and purchase equipment and supplies to meet the needs of the housekeeping department.
  • Co-ordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure seamless operations.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to meet the needs of the department.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and coordinate with other departments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
