Culinary Service Supervisor

The Culinary Service Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within a fast-paced food service environment. This position involves overseeing the daily activities of food preparation and service, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
This role is set in a dynamic fast food outlet, where the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules efficiently.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and service.
- Train new employees on job responsibilities, sanitation practices, and safety protocols.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for food service operations.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
- Prepare and submit operational reports as required.
- Oversee the assembly of food trays to ensure quality presentation.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
This position involves supervising a small team of 1 to 2 individuals, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
