Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team at Executive Suites Hotel and Resort Squamish.

About the Role: As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive. This includes checking guests in and out, handling guest complaints and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Check guests in and out of the hotel, handle guest complaints and concerns, and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
  • Front Office Operations: Oversee the front office department, including night audit, switchboard, and reservations.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with fellow colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive guest experience.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure that all needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
