Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Line Development Manager to join our team at J.R. Simplot Company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability across our crop protection product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and profitability across our crop protection product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and research and development, to identify opportunities for product innovation and expansion.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in crop protection product development, sales, or marketing.
