About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared and served on time.
  • Maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene, adhering to Nova Hotels' standards and regulations.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new ideas and dishes to enhance the culinary experience.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of food safety and hygiene.
