Process Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Governance Specialist to join our team at 09 Irving Oil Limited. As a Process Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing standard processes and procedures that drive business excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and document standard processes, procedures, and templates, including key controls, to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
- Lead Master Data Management and central repository requirements for process and procedures documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Contribute to the development of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements to measure outcomes and results.
- Lead process improvement initiatives, develop implementation plans, and roadmaps to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with other departments to identify and implement mutually beneficial process improvements.
- Develop sound recommendations and prioritize them based on ease of implementation and expected impact.
- Collaborate with the Organizational Effectiveness team to design and deliver training programs to support process changes.
- Maintain process document management systems to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Research industry best practices to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and methodologies.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in IT, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of business or business analytics experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
