Position Overview

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Manage and oversee budget planning and expenditures.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently.
  • Oversee training and development initiatives.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages appropriately.
  • Analyze employee data and prepare relevant reports.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Address employee questions and resolve complaints.
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Facilitate staff consultations and grievance procedures.
  • Administer payroll processes accurately.
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Type and proofread various documents and correspondence.
  • Assign and review projects and programs effectively.
  • Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations.
Experience

Applicants should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
