Job Summary

Mobil Gasbar 2935 is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail, recording and preparing minutes of meetings, and establishing office procedures and routines.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and answer electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Office Supplies and Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work 40 hours per week.
