  • Guide corporate financial teams in identifying opportunities for streamlining, enhancing, and re-engineering business processes to achieve efficiencies, improve functionality and information quality, and enhance organizational effectiveness; evaluate opportunities concerning business impacts and risks.
  • Coordinate testing, quality management, and resolution processes as needed for financial ERP applications and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive ERP and related business application documentation, including customizations, reports, data, analytics, etc.
  • Collaborate with departments, vendors, and consultants during the design, testing, and implementation of financial systems, enhancement initiatives, and resolution of cross-functional challenges.
  • Engage in initiatives related to financial reporting tools and processes, including working with corporate groups.
  • Provide expert financial report writing and consultation services by leading the review, analysis, and interpretation of information to create reports that support financial reporting, business planning, and decision-making.

  • A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience (Senior Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, ERP sustainment analyst, or a similar role) in a complex business environment and/or municipal government setting.
  • Prior experience with Tier 1 or 2 ERP systems focused on implementing finance-related modules (General Ledger, payroll/AP/AR, etc.) is considered advantageous.
  • Experience serving as the primary contact for ERP or financial systems for vendors and internal business users is a plus.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to cultivate effective relationships, alongside strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with robust analytical skills and a willingness to learn new technologies and understand an integrated business model.
