The Role: Experienced Server

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced servers to join our team in providing outstanding customer service and contributing to the success of our restaurants. As a server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a delightful dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating guests' needs, providing recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
  • Masterfully execute serving procedures, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages promptly, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate effectively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and grace, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a server in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings, along with suggestive selling techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-volume setting.
