About the Role

This newly created position reports to the Team Lead, Legal and Collection. Primary responsibilities will be to assist the Team Lead with the monthly legal process relating to the Residential Tenancies Act. The Role also supports the Lease Administration Team on an as-needed basis and under the direction of the Manager of Administration, IPP. The Role will evolve in line with Accoravillage's high-growth long-term strategy.

Key Functions and Responsibilities
  • Support the Legal and Collection Administrator
    • Gather documentation for legal proceedings
    • Prepare and file necessary documents on a timely basis
    • Manage the process of terminating tenancies
    • Prepare reports for the Executive Team
  • Provide Support to the Lease Administration Team
    • Monitor designated emails and respond to inquiries
    • Update resident profiles and provide monthly reports
    • Document City Orders and process related paperwork
  • Assist in the Preparation of Reports and Documents
    • Prepare Above Guideline Worksheets for residents
    • Process Resident Letters and other correspondence
    • Develop and maintain resident forms and procedures
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Assist Portfolio Administrators during heavy workload cycles
    • Manage the Resident Manager's Teams Folder with Policies & Procedures
    Required Business Skills
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Strong organization, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
    Education and Experience
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
    • Preferred knowledge of property management software
    • Preferred experience in property management or a similar role
