Role Overview: The primary objective of the Client Support Specialist is to facilitate a seamless experience for healthcare providers, enabling them to benefit from our products and expertise through exceptional customer service that addresses inquiries, resolves issues, and eliminates barriers to access.
The Client Support Specialist understands the demands of a busy healthcare environment by recognizing immediate customer needs and proactively communicating the necessary next steps.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming inquiries and assist in resolving issues and complaints.
- Input order information into a custom tracking and database application.
- Verify order processing and provide support for planning activities.
- Collaborate with sales teams regarding customer cancellations and credits.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with sales teams and healthcare providers on unresolved issues and unusual orders.
- Support compliance by completing necessary recertifications and training assignments promptly.
- Ensure all interactions uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, delivering quality work in alignment with company values.
Qualifications:
- A technical degree or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Experience in a Medical Device or Healthcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
