Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries and assist in resolving issues and complaints.
  • Input order information into a custom tracking and database application.
  • Verify order processing and provide support for planning activities.
  • Collaborate with sales teams regarding customer cancellations and credits.
  • Conduct proactive follow-ups with sales teams and healthcare providers on unresolved issues and unusual orders.
  • Support compliance by completing necessary recertifications and training assignments promptly.
  • Ensure all interactions uphold the highest ethical and professional standards, delivering quality work in alignment with company values.

Qualifications:

  • A technical degree or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience in a Medical Device or Healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus.
