About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Vice President of Operations to join our team at ShareWord Global Canada. As a key member of our Executive Leadership Team, you will play a critical role in driving the financial health and operational success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial leadership, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies, processes, and procedures to drive efficiency, productivity, and quality across the organization.
  • Financial Accountability: Oversee the organization's financial accountability and controls, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining a strong control environment.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with senior leadership team members, accounting staff, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement short- and long-term plans and forecasts in accordance with business goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a Senior Director/Executive role, with a proven track record of financial leadership and operational excellence.
  • Education: Completed post-secondary education in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Accounting).
  • Skills: Excellent management and organizational skills, analytical problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple products.
  • Certifications: CPA designation is an asset.
