Fusion Homes is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Marketing Vice President to lead our Marketing team and drive the delivery of our 5 Year Strategic Plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Marketing team, including Brand, Insights, and Projects, for the total organization.
  • Develop and execute a best-in-class Marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the annual Marketing planning process and deliver on Marketing Must Wins, Department Plans, and special projects.

Requirements

  • A proven passion and ability to lead the strategic planning process and build ready-to-execute marketing strategies.
  • Elite business acumen, discernment, and decision-making capabilities to support redefining competitive and brand positioning, strengthening market stance, and enhancing brand prestige.
  • The ability to think critically with exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
