About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Vice-President to join our team at Vlogic Soft Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance metrics to measure sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Work Conditions: Work Term: Permanent, Work Language: English, Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
