The Indian Connection Pizza is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our food and service meet the highest quality standards. Your duties will include establishing methods to meet work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting reports, and establishing work schedules. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Establish methods to meet work schedules
* Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Address customers' complaints or concerns
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports
* Establish work schedules

**Requirements:**

* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills
