Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food, ensuring that it meets our high quality standards.
    • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Establish and maintain efficient systems and processes to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity.
    • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding, requiring the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Language

This position requires fluency in English.
