We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate in our retail showroom. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Engage Customers: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to our customers, establishing a positive rapport and setting the tone for a exceptional experience.
- Café Operations: Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, manage café inventory, and maintain a clean and organized café environment.
- Merchandise Management: Stock shelves, racks, and bins with merchandise, ensuring accurate pricing and presentation.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Food Service Experience: Experience working in a food service environment, with knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.
