Repo Trading Operations Analyst

Role Overview:

As a Repo Trading Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the global repo trading desks at BMO. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering day-to-day operational support for the repo trading teams.
  • Addressing inquiries from various stakeholders involved in BMO's global repo trading activities.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of existing operational processes.
  • Building strong relationships with key business partners and technology teams.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert on all integration aspects of repo trading systems.
  • Resolving issues identified with trading system vendors and external parties.
  • Participating in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and identifying strategies to enhance business operations and services.
  • Defining business requirements to guide technology development and operations.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to analyze relevant data and document processes.
  • Evaluating the impact of projects on business outcomes through data sourcing and analysis.
  • Assessing technology efficiency and performance to meet business expectations.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting system malfunctions and workflow issues.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $74,000 - $138,600.00
