Key Responsibilities:

Investment Evaluation and Execution:

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate new investment opportunities, including industry studies, competitor assessments, and financial modeling.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models that reflect a company's historical and projected performance.
  • Prepare detailed commercial and operational due diligence.
  • Assess potential financial returns and risks associated with new investments.
  • Create internal investment presentations for decision-making purposes.

Portfolio Management:

  • Analyze the operational and financial performance of existing portfolio companies.
  • Collaborate with management to explore and execute strategic acquisitions.
  • Assist in managing capital structures, including debt refinancing and tax planning.
  • Conduct financial reporting to support informed decision-making.
  • Engage in ad hoc operational projects in collaboration with management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Business or Finance.
  • Previous internship experience in investment banking, equity research, management consulting, or private equity is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
