Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire, supervise, and coordinate the activities of food service staff
  • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
