Job Description

The Wonderful Company is a leading manufacturer of premium beverages, committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our production, injection molding, and water systems teams to maintain an Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) level at or above 85%.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of all production equipment, including forklifts, blowers, fillers, labelers, shrink wrappers, case erectors, case packers, case sealers, palletizers, and stretch wrappers.
  • Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to and correct operational issues, including elementary maintenance and adjustments.
  • Maintenance Management: Support the maintenance management process, including performance boards, updates, discussions, preventive maintenance, recurrence prevention, planning, and scheduling.
  • Escalation and Collaboration: Escalate issues beyond elementary repair capabilities and collaborate with reliability technicians to effect repairs and maintenance.
  • Quality and Environmental Initiatives: Support organizational quality and environmental initiatives across the site.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Execute administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Form 6 pass.
  • Qualifications: Maintenance Fitter and/or Electrical Electronic qualification or 2 years equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing Experience: Extensive manufacturing background, especially in bottling environments with technical experience.
  • Licenses: Wireman's license and valid group 9 driving license.
