Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Solutions Expert

Catapult ERP Services Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our solution delivery and support team, you will work on engagements to implement CRM solutions and collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality results to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering: Participate in requirements gathering sessions to understand customer needs for Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.
- First-Line Support: Provide first-line support for existing clients on D365 Customer Engagement, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- CRM Ticketing System: Maintain our internal CRM ticketing system, including the customer portal, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Work Order Management: Identify and raise work orders for clients as needed, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Solution Documentation: Contribute to D365 solution documentation and configuration to support customer solutions.
- QA and Testing: Assist with QA and testing of solutions to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Training and Support: Lead training for customer solutions and provide ongoing support as part of project and support teams.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer concerns and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Professional Development: Maintain certifications and participate in training opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience working in consulting environments, managing deadlines, and configuring and delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or D365 solutions.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, with excellent technical writing skills.
- Collaboration and Communication: Comfortable with collaboration, open communication, and proactive outreach to cross-functional teams and customers.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze business problems and model data and processes.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Visio or similar modeling applications, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or D365 solutions.
