Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Developer to join our team at Quartech. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying complex software applications using modern software delivery tools, frameworks, and deployment methods that extend Microsoft Power Platform applications.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop software applications that integrate with Microsoft Power Platform in alignment with agreed-upon specifications, while adhering to client, industry, and Quartech standards.
- Customize Dynamics CRM/ Power Apps/ Dynamics 365 applications to meet client needs.
- Develop plugins using C# to bridge the gap between client requirements and platform capabilities.
- Write front-end JavaScripts to build features and improve user experience.
- Use HTML/CSS on web resources on forms.
- Support data migration activities.
- Support platform upgrade activities.
- Build custom Dynamics CRM workflows.
- Work with Dynamics CRM SDK.
- Work with Dynamics CRM Web API.
- Work with data standard, fetch XML, and XRM toolbox.
- Communicate technical decisions and inquiries to clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for development and design of the Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform, while effectively managing changes.
- Experience administering Microsoft Power Platform applications.
- Experience with Power Platform including Model-driven Apps, Dynamics 365 apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Power Automate, Business Process flows.
- Knowledge of reporting, including out-of-box reports, Excel templates, SSRS, Power BI, and dashboards.
- Expert knowledge in data migration strategies, including data export service, Dynamics 365 data import wizard, SSIS, Microsoft data flows, and third-party data migration tools.
- Expert knowledge and use of multiple modern backend frameworks, languages, and tools, including ASP.Net,.Net /.Net Core, C#, NuGet, Node.js, npm.
- Expert knowledge and use of multiple modern frontend frameworks, languages, and tools, including ASP.Net, React, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, npm.
- Expert knowledge and use of multiple relational and non-relational databases, including Microsoft SQL.
