About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team at RSM US LLP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including aspects of the core, advanced solutions, and industry-specific solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Development: Design and develop in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including aspects of the core, advanced solutions, and industry-specific solutions.
  2. Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform developer testing and quality assurance (QA) to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  3. Support and Maintenance: Provide support of your deliverables and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  4. Progress Reporting: Report daily progress on development and issue resolution.
  5. Documentation: Document requirements and assist in ERP/CRM implementation.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT-related degree.
  2. Experience: 0-2 years' experience in a related field.
  3. Academic Performance: A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
  4. Travel: Ability to travel to assigned locations.
  5. Technical Skills: Knowledge and implementation of ERP/CRM systems.
  6. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with staff and work in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Technical Expertise: Knowledge of both the functional and technical sides of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  2. Additional Skills: Experience with any/all of the following: SSRS, MOSS/SharePoint Services, Dynamics CRM SDK, Microsoft Power Platform, programming languages such as C#, ASP.NET, and JavaScript, experience with data integration tools.

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc.

Compensation Range: $61,600 - $73,500

Individuals selected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
