About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our team at Quartech, a leading provider of IT solutions and consulting services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting all application activities during the full lifecycle of a Dynamics 365 CRM implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders
  • Gather requirements via interviews, questionnaires, surveys, storyboards, or other methods
  • Lead user story creation and definition workshops to gather functional specifications
  • Prepare and manage story definitions, assist in backlog grooming and sprint planning
  • Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team
  • Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team
  • Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements – verbally or through written documentation – to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
  • Research technical solutions, and analyze options, risks, cost benefits, and support requirements
  • Present tailored demonstrations of Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Develop and continue to refine Dynamics 365 implementation standards, best practices, and tools
  • Configure the application using out of the box platform capabilities to deliver user requirements
  • Leverage tables, views, dashboards, workflows, Power Automate, etc. to build applications on the platform
  • Build user access and security model for the application
  • Supports and leads User Acceptance Testing
  • Performs end-user training and creates and maintains knowledge transfer documentation
  • Creates and maintains the Dynamics Power Platform implementation standards, best practices, and tools
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in computer sciences, business administration, or relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5 years of combined experience in Business Analyst or Functional Consultant roles, implementing Dynamics solutions and recent experience with Dynamics 365
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics function areas such as Customer Service
  • Expert knowledge of data modeling and data structure
  • Experience with Dynamics workflow automation tools
  • Experience modeling using BPMN and ERD
  • Experience in writing detailed requirements documents (BRDs)
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum-based development methodologies
  • Presentation skills, communication skills, experience managing client expectations
  • Analytical problem-solving skills and aptitude to understand a process-driven approach
Technical Knowledge
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Microsoft Office products, Visio, JIRA/Confluence
  • Knowledge of configuration Microsoft Power Platform applications including:
  • Model-driven Applications (Data definition, Forms, Business Rules, Classic Workflows, Power Automate)
  • Dynamics 365 apps (Customer Engagement, Sales, Field Service, etc.)
  • Canvas Apps
  • Knowledge in Data Migration strategies like Data Export Service, the Dynamics 365 Data Import Wizard, Microsoft Data Flows
  • Knowledge of Power Platform components such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages
