Paladin Technologies is looking for two skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developers with expertise in Financial Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE). This role is crucial for driving digital transformation within the organization, focusing on the upkeep and enhancement of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the complete application lifecycle, including design, development, testing, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, and Power Platform applications.
  • Develop and modify reports for Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • Implement and uphold development best practices and design principles to ensure high-quality customization code.
  • Collaborate with business area leaders and stakeholders to finalize requirements.
  • Engage in the design and modification of business processes to meet evolving business needs and enhance efficiency.
  • Facilitate software integrations, data migrations, and conversions involving Dynamics 365 F&O and CE while ensuring data integrity and governance.
  • Provide user support for technical issues and developer assistance.
  • Manage regular code deployments across various Dynamics 365 F&O and CE environments, ensuring consistent code versioning.
  • Create and maintain automated test cases in Azure DevOps.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on technical experience with Dynamics 365 F&O or Microsoft AX or CE/CRM.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O workflow configuration and report development or Power Platform (Power apps – canvas and model-driven, Power page, and Power automate).
  • Proficient in developing Dynamics 365 F&O business solutions using X++.
  • Experience with C#/NET & JavaScript, along with familiarity in working with CRM, API, REST, Odata, and SQL.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 interoperability and integration with other Microsoft Azure technologies and SharePoint.
  • Practical experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Power Platform Admin Center.
  • Experience managing source control and versioning with Azure pipelines and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) methodologies.
  • Background in documentation solutions such as Confluence.
  • Operational experience with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA) and project management tools like Azure DevOps.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior experience supporting Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) environments integrated with Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel VBA.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Applications, including Power BI and the Power Platform.
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Lake.
  • 2+ years of user training or teaching experience.
  • 5+ years of experience handling confidential personal information.
  • Experience in managing organizational change.
