About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in IT software and hardware.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The candidate must be able to sit for extended periods and have excellent attention to detail.
