POSITION: SOCIAL WORKER

We are seeking a qualified Social Worker with expertise in psycho-social rehabilitation, mental health assessment, case management, neurorehabilitation, and chronic pain management.

WORKING HOURS

Flexible scheduling options are available, dependent on client needs.

COMPENSATION

Compensation is based on 70% of billables, varying with experience and case type.

Qualifications:

  • Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work is preferred.
  • Experience with the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) system is advantageous.
  • Registration with the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec is a plus.
  • Professional Liability Insurance is required.
  • Experience providing counseling across all developmental stages, including children, youth, young adults, and families.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Outlook).
  • Bilingualism in a second language, particularly French, Arabic, or Persian, is an asset.
