COMPENSATIONCompensation is based on 70% of billables, with variations depending on experience and case type.
Required Qualifications:
- Registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
- A Master's Degree in Social Work is preferred.
- Experience with the Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) system is advantageous.
- Registration with the Order of Social Workers and Marriage and Family Therapists of Quebec is a plus.
- Professional Liability Insurance is required.
- Proven experience in providing counseling across all developmental stages, including children, youth, young adults, and families.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are necessary.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Outlook).
- Bilingualism in a second language, particularly French, Arabic, or Persian, is an asset.
