Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced **Engineering Team Lead - Control Systems Integration** to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a variety of control system projects, providing engineering support on projects led by others, and assuming ultimate responsibility for assigned projects/tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Leadership: Lead individual project-related tasks and/or small to mid-sized projects in their entirety, ensuring successful completion on schedule and under budget.
  2. Technical Expertise: Provide expert-level support in reading and interpreting piping & instrumentation diagrams and wiring diagrams, creating and editing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications, and understanding complex control system design.
  3. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers, follow customer-specific site standards and procedures, and provide excellent customer care and support.
  4. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly responsible for team members' training and development, provides constructive feedback, manages team members' compensation and time off, and ensures team members are effectively assigned to project tasks.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or other pertinent curriculum combined with relevant technical experience.
  2. Typically, 7+ years total experience.
  3. Proven track record of 3+ years as Control Systems Project Engineer I or equivalent.
