About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Agile Team Lead to oversee the execution of engineering strategies and implement strategic initiatives created by senior leadership. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and the adoption of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of engineering strategies and implement strategic initiatives created by senior leadership.
  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Apply Lean/Agile values and principles to a software delivery team.
  • Develop and refine best practices and processes to guide teams through Agile methodology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • ~3 years of experience in programming in Cocoa, Objective C, C#, HTML,.NET, PHP, Java or Progress.
  • ~3 years of experience in software testing and design.
  • ~3 years of experience in a product engineering role, such as Software Engineer, Product Owner or Business Analyst.
  • ~3 years of experience in management, leadership and administration.
  • ~3 years of experience using work item tracking tools (Team Foundation Server, Jira, etc.).
  • ~ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • ~ Project management knowledge.
  • ~ Proficient technical knowledge.
  • ~ Programming language knowledge.
