Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at BBA Accounting Group Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Train staff on new procedures and policies
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of office support staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
