ECCO Supply is a leading wholesale distributor of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplies and equipment, with a strong presence in Western and Central Canada.

About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an HVAC Specialist. As the face of ECCO Supply, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales inquiries and orders, and educating customers on product features and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills to customers in person, over the phone, and via email.
  2. Process orders and quotes accurately and efficiently, while maintaining an up-to-date sales database.
  3. Educate customers on product features and benefits to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to follow-up on sales leads and provide support when necessary.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and sales area while participating in personal growth opportunities and industry training.
About the Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Post-secondary education – an asset
  2. Previous Order Desk and/or Sales experience – an asset
  3. Previous experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or related industry – an asset
  4. Desire to be a long-term employee and contribute to the company's overall success
  5. Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task data-entry and order processing efficiently
  6. Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  7. Excellent communication skills; high energy, enthusiastic with proven people skills and ability to work as part of a team and independently
  8. Must be willing to attend educational courses to supplement their existing professional experience for a period of time deemed suitable by management.
