- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform inventory and supply decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Develop and implement work schedules that meet the needs of the business and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Provide exceptional customer service and oversee daily operations to ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Education:** Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- **Experience:** 1-2 years in a food service environment
