We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator to support our School of the Arts, Media + Culture (SAMC) departments. This position involves providing essential administrative support across various departments within SAMC.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the RNT-East Wing and the Music Building, overseeing the management of correspondence, including mail and messages.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance, including document preparation, data management, filing, and duplication tasks.
- Engage with students, manage departmental schedules, and facilitate events within the department.
- Organize room allocations, coordinate review schedules, and manage departmental communications.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to perform efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor in a dynamic work environment.
- Familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
