Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
