Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Letto's Enterprises Ltd.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Process group arrivals and departures
- Take, cancel and change room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services
- Provide general information about points of interest in the area
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
- Follow emergency and safety procedures
- Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Assist clients/guests with special needs
- Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
- Provide customer service
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment
- English as the primary language of work
- 30 to 40 hours of work per week
The Front Desk Agent will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail. The position requires standing for extended periods and working under pressure.
