We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Joh2Stone Inc.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and supervising a team of staff who prepare and portion food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports on food service operations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that food is presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant training or certification in food safety and handling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

- Standing for extended periods, with frequent bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional lifting of heavy objects.
- Client focus and excellent communication skills.

- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
